If you are getting milk you don't need support for lactation. It is a natural process. Weight gain during lactation happens also because of the food that you eat sometimes. Please connect directly through video consultation for getting guidance on lactation. Regards, Ritu Kapoor

There is no need of lactation supplements. You can naturally increase the production of milk by including some foods like gond, ashwagandha, till seeds, turmeric, garlic, methi seeds, ginger in your diet. The milk production increases as you keep feeding your baby. Breastfeeding also helps in losing weight over a period of time. You can naturally lose post pregnancy weight by following a balanced diet including fruits and vegetable, milk and milk products, whole grains and nuts and seeds.
