SINCE TWO WEEKS I AM SUFFERING FROM SEVERE PSYCHIATRIC PAIN .IN MY LEFT LEG .BEFORE ALSO I HAD THIS PAIN. THERE IS SWELLNESS IN MY LEFT LEG ALSO

Do back extension exercise, straight leg rays exercise 5-10 times in day. Hot pack application in lower back for 10 min.

by Psychiatric pain you mean, phantom pain. i'll advise you to Calm Down and ease down on your stressors. Do consult a psychologist and undergo relaxation training
