SGPT 440 with SGOT 103 and bilirubin 2.9 is definitely abnormal and needs a cause, though this level is common in acute viral hepatitis A or E and usually settles on its own. The ALT being about four times the AST points to a hepatitis or drug/supplement injury rather than alcohol. Stop alcohol completely, stop paracetamol-heavy or protein/gym supplements, and eat normal light home food - there is no special "jaundice diet" beyond that. Rest and hydration matter more than any liver tonic.
