Since last couple of weeks I am suffering from indigestion resulting into a feeling of bloating and occasional smelly farts. Please suggest what medicine should I take?

It seems indigestion and acidity. You can consider taking following things until you go to any clinic/hospital for proper examination and tests. 1. Syp Lupizyme, 10 ml BD (after lunch and dinner) 2. Tab Omeprazole 20mg, 1OD (empty stomach, in the morning) 3) lifestyle changes: (i) go on a walk on daily basis (don't sit idle for long time whole day), (ii) increase time between dinner and going to bed (if not following), (iii) drink 8-12 glass of water daily, (iv) do kapalbhati pranayam in morning Do these things, and you will surely get benefitted.
