I am suffering from back pain in middle and lower back. My job is to sit and work and I travel by 2 wheeler every day around 30 km per day. Please suggest this pain is almost from one month now.

Do back muscle strengthening exercises. Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration because dehydrated disc is more prone to injury
