I am taking anxiety pills suddenly i stop taking medicine from a week , now i am feeking dizziness and lithargic what can i do now? Please give suggestions

It is commonly seen inap Anxiety medications initially to have a sense of grogginess which disappears Mostly in 2 weeks. If it persists you need to consult your psychiatrist and get it changed. Good luck
