Secondary caries mainly occurs because of the formation of micro cracks after filling. When the micro crack width exceeds 50 microm, saliva will enter the micro cracks between the filling and tooth tissue.
Next Steps
Go for refilling after IOPA x ray done for the same tooth region.

Hello sir, There may be a cavity which has developed and it has reached the second layer of tooth i.e dentin so it is causing sensitivity. Firstly a x ray has to be taken depending on it normal filling or RCT is required we can conclude . Please consult a dentist at the earliest may be now only filling can suffice but if you delay it will lead only to root canal.
