Female patient aged 31yrs complains of tooth sensitivity to cold water. Diagnosis- can be made using pulp vitality testing using percussion and thermal tests. Sensitivity of teeth arises due to cold stimulation in your case as exposure of nerve endings in dentinal tubules. This could be avoided by use of tooth sensitivity toothpaste on a daily basis 15days. Blocking the dentinal tubules opening using K+ ions -use anti sensitive toothpaste
Next Steps
if not reduced by toothpaste clinical evaluation

Go and visit a good dentist he will perform some test like cold test and pulpvitality test and will do a xray if their will be possibility he can save the tooth by pulp capping meaning dr will apply a insulating base which will prevent further sensation and then do the restoration ie filling Do not ignore as after some time you will start feeling hot sensation also leading the tooth to rct
