Sudden occurance of brown spot

My teeth colour is changed all of a sudden... i brush my teeth twice and even use mouth wash..still the mark is not going.. doctor asked me for scaling.. will that be better??

Hello sir... on seeing your clinical picture , it reveals your teeth has stains that needs to be cleaned( scaling) by dentists... it is the stains due to coffee or tea drinking habits or use of chlorhexidine mouth wash.... As you have this stains suddenly it may be due to use of chlorhexidine mouth wash

These stains are side effects of the mouthwash that you are using. Usually chlorhexidine causes formation of such stains. Scaling will help. Ask a dentist in person the proper guidelines ( when to use, how to use, in what concentration, for how many days,etc) of using a mouthwash.
