Sudden momentary pain in chest

I feel sudden pain in chest which comes and goes immediately. Many ecgs are done, echo done in nov and was normal, fraction was 60, tmt done in nov and was normal and now done 10 days back and was normal. Than what can be the cause? Is it heart related or what? I ran 1 km yesterday wasn't feeling any discomfort, but this pain which comes and goes makes me very worried and anxious, can't even sleep in night

This is because of excess acid formation in stomach. Kindly avoid tea coffee spicy and oily food Take any antacid capsule twice a day for 5 days then once a day before breakfast for 1 month

It can be gastritis. Take rab d Empty stomach twice a day
