Subluxation of Ulnar Nerve

I have been diagnosed with ulnar nerve subluxation in right elbow. It started after building triceps at gym. Doctor told me surgery might be needed if worsens. I am having NSAIDs and Vitamin B12. After nerve flossing exercises now the snapping has reduced much and pain has also gone away. Will strengthening my bicep or tricep muscles make the subluxation go away if i can avoid the snapping while building them?

Though its an uncommon problem, the management is based on your symptoms. U have some relief with present regimen then continue that. Strengthening biceps or triceps wont prevent snapping. Surgery if u have persistent problem and loss of sensations and power in muscles supplied by ulnar nerves

Yes it can cause this. If no neurological symptoms down the fingers no harm in doing light exercises. But always remember you might get this repeated whatever preventive measures you take and one day need surgery. However nobody can predict whether you will get symptoms free for your life time or get into trouble sometime. Better get it operated before you are late and have weakness in hand

Snapping of ulnar nerve is more dependent on the shape of the bone it rests in Doesn’t have much to do with the strength of biceps or triceps
