Take tab ciprofloxacin 500mg one morning and one evening. Tab voveran 50mg one every morning and evening for 3 days, after meals. Apply warm  compresses over the stye, 2 to 3 times daily.

Please consult an Ophthalmologist. A stye which is not painful is a cyst which should be removed completely. It will not be affected by hot and cold compressed.
