Struggling to conceive

Please advice the right course of treatment for conceiving as my tubes are open, no pcod or thyroid, done with ovulation induction, folliclular monitoring, AMH is 2.89, had history of chest tb 2 years ago, trying to conceive from last 3 years, husband's sperm count is low 11million, 50% mortality, plz help should i try iui or try naturally conception

since the sperm count is on lower side...most certainly IUI or IVF is a better option, Also get your tubes checked through SSG/HSG if its been more than 6months since you got your tubes checked
