Stretching muscles in thighs. Can't sleep .Only particular angles pain will reduce and can't lift leg one side up by standing .

May be there is a catch or spasm in the muscles. Put cold pack. And visit an ortho or physiotherapist. But still it takes 3 to 5 days for muscle soreness to go .
Health Tips
Everyday take enough amount of salt and water.
