So I'm stressing out at work at home and not sure what to do. And my mom is sick and she's far away from us. I don't even know what to do

Identify the triggers and sources of your stress. List down every things and make a plan of dealing with stressors and actions required. When you sit to plan things you feel more in control and less anxious. It is tough to be away from your mother and specially when she is unwell and you are not present physically. Stay in touch with her, provide her with emotional support and help her stay positive. Positive thoughts helps in speedy recovery.
