I can understand what you are going through. At your age you have high level of emotinal imbalnce due to career, relationships and other stress. So i feel like you are having issues with coping mechanism. You need to take your family support and guidence from your elsers or vlosest perosn to you to cope up on stress.
Regular exersice or yoga will help. Plan your day.
