I am having stress eating problem and gaining weight in no time. I feel lazy all the time and eat whenever I feel bore. I feel sleepy all the time.

Hi.. Drink plenty of water Take time out for yourself and exercise regularly. Go on long walks. Have a protein tich breakfast every morning Avoid eating packaged foods completely and instead stock youtr house with fruits, sprouts, roasted grains etc. Have these whenever you feel hungry or at snack time.
