Hello, I have a problem of hahing a Habit of Thinking Very much and I fell Irritated at Times as well. I was Daignosed with Cortisol and the Value was 32, and I am Being treated for that. I also want to reduce weight as well. I want to know whether Mastrbution please any role in the treatment of cortisol.

Hi, maturation have no direct effect on cortisol. but because of this you may have psychiatric problem. If so get evaluated properly for same and needed then take medicine as per given by your treating doctor. so visit a psychiatrist and do accordingly.
