Stress and headache

I am going through emotional stress. Although things are not that bad in my life and i try to keep a positive outlook and portray that everything is ok but someway or other, there is some issue and then I just break down and overthinking starts again. And I am angry with myself and others. Also have back head pain from more than a year and with that muscle pain in other parts of body. Trying meditation and other techniques, have taken antidepressant for some time but it comes again. How can I remedy this without medication?

You are doing a lot to manage your stress. But it looks like that is not enough. You need to take a second opinion from a Psychiatrist and follow up with the doctor who offers stress management and if required medications
