We will have to understand the source of your stress/anxiety, understand what your underlying desires are and why they arenât being fulfilled, keeping you thinking about it constantly to the extent that it is coming in the way of your studying. Until then, you can also work on some meditating and concentration breathing exercises alternatively. They really help for a problem of this nature!
