Losing fat requires a multimodal approach. The exercise program has to be well structured and planned (for the type, intensity, duration, speed, and progression) according to your other underlying health conditions. Usually strengthening can be done 3 days a week, and cardio 5 to 6 days a week. Proper conditioning is required for adequate strengthening of muscles.
