Hello doctor, I am having this strained wrist since 3 months now. I'm able to do household work but it hurts. Been to doctor twice but they said it will self heal. But pain is still there. Do I need any x-ray or any certain medications? Can you advise me. Do I have to visit doctor again or any ointment will help? Does ice pack will help? Or physiotherapy? Thank you
