Are there any other symptoms that you are facing ? any stomach pain? Any change in bowl habits? This is an otherwise normal report . Nothing to worry about. Our stools contain all the garbage that has to come out of our body right ,so they also contain bacteria especially E.coli. So your report might be suggesting that only.
Next Steps
Consume high fiber diet Drink plenty of water Try to have more home cooked meals

Kindly consult if anything else is bothering you

Okay. First you need to calm down We need to know since when it's happening and if there are any other symptoms present with it or not. Bacteria can be present in stools all the time. We need to look for what's infectious for us. After that we need to correlate with symptoms and CBC and your stool culture to place you on an antibiotic (if required) You can consult for the same.

What symptoms you are having and why was this test done? Stool is waste product of body and can show some bacteria,  pus cells. Treatment is needed if person has any symptoms and number of pus cells, bacteria seen is more or  vegetative forms of protozoa or worms are seen.

Your stool test shows slightly acidic pH, presence of a few pus cells, and bacteria. This usually suggests mild infection or irritation in the intestine, which may be due to diet changes, indigestion, or sometimes a minor bacterial infection. Since no red blood cells or parasites or cysts were seen, it is not serious.
Next Steps
Maintain good hydration, take light & easily digestible food. Probiotics and a bland diet often help.
Health Tips
If you have symptoms like fever, abdominal pain, blood in stool, or persistent diarrhea, then you should consult a doctor for further evaluation and possible antibiotics.
