Dear Dr. My stomach is upset from past 2 days as I am feeling bloated, restless and also bit constipated with sinky farts. Kindly let me know which medicine should I take accordingly. Regards Manish

May ne a sign of INTESTINAL Infection. May need Antibiotic. Need more information. Have plenty of fluids coconut water lemon juice etc. Avoid CONSTIPATION, high fibre diet.
