Stomach sounds and gas from mouth
From past two months i am facing problem of stomach sound while i sit in college classroom which was hearable to others my stomach developed gas in middle and this gas start making sounds and also cause gas burps again and again . I take many allopathic medicine like Antacid , rifagut 550mg , normaxin but my problem still persist.
Ps : because of early class i only eat roasted chana and banana in the morning. Please help
