Which brand triphala is good for stomach problems and how to take triphala for stomach problems. Please suggest.

Vaidhyaratna brithat triphala choorna 1 tsp at night with warm water. Just before going to bed. If u have constipation. U can increase the dose as per u need. If only fir digestion 1 tap is enough.

Hello Ma'am don't worry,U can take Any good pharma's Triphala Churna/tablet etc,i e Dabur/Sandu/Baidyanath/Himalaya etc Take powder 1 tsf at night with Lukewarm water U can take also 3 Tablets  at night with Lukewarm water
