Stomach pain
Sir I need a treatment.
If possible from your end pls let me know or pls pass it to the concern
Sir I have a sitting job and when I sit for around 3 hours my stomach starts paining and pain is quite severe.
And when I travel in car always I face this issue of stomach pain and vomiting and all.
In travelling of around 2 hours or 3 hours pain is quite high in stomach and when I reach home I used to lie down in opposite direction and not able to eat anything and all

Simply sitting would not cause much sever pains , it could be due to some underlying cause that may need detailed evaluation or due to simpe gas accumulation

Take anti spasmodics and anti emetics before travelling like half an hr before
Don't take heavy food when u r travelling
Use zinc vitamin, it normalised the intestine
And also use prebiotic
