My stomach upper abdomen is paining... it happens after i eat something...i also have acidity problem.. gas also.. what happend.. its just like mild cramping... how to stop that?

Please avoid smoking , alcohol , chillies , coffee and tea as of now. You can try :- Syp. Gelusil MPS -2 tspbf--TDS for 5 days. Tab. Histac ( Ranitidine). -5mg --BD for 5 days
