Stomach issue

I have done usg of whole abdomen and fatty liver grade 1 has been detected. Then i have done endoscopy and in this h pylori has been detected and other things are normal. Then i did stool test and in this physical examination blood is present and occult blood not detected.my stomach left side pains and i feel nausea. Will i do colonoscopy now

U need treatment for H. Pylori bacteria.. Regarding grade 1 fatty liver, it can be reversed with life style change and diet change.. Have u been diagnosed with Diabetes during pregnancy?

Start medication for H.Pylori. Lifestyle modification for Fatty liver. If occult blood negative then don’t have to worry. You can proceed with Colonoscopy as no harm in it
