Gas, bloating, difficulty in passing bowels, pain in the lower abdomen area, stomach inflammation. Excessive flatulence after having meals.

Have food at regular intervals. Avoid outside food and bakery stuff. Avoid milk at bedtime. Have high fibre diet. Can use Cap. Sompraz IT 1-0-0 (1/2 hour before breakfast) for about 10 days.
