What you're experiencing — sour burps with pressure, burps feeling stuck, and difficulty getting the next bite down — is very consistent with acid reflux (GERD) and gastritis, likely triggered initially by the food-related stomach upset in May. The normal ultrasound is reassuring and rules out gallbladder or liver issues. This kind of post-gastritis reflux and bloating can take several weeks to fully settle, especially if the stomach lining is still irritated.
Next Steps
Eat smaller, more frequent meals; avoid spicy, oily, and fried foods; and don't lie down for at least 2 hours after eating. See a doctor for a short course of acidity medication to help speed up recovery. Please consult me directly on Practo for a detailed evaluation.

Hllo. It may be food poisoning or gastritis ..don’t wrryy for that .. take any PPI like omeprazole or rabeprazole. After that if the issue is same … most probably it’s cooed poisoning.. so you can take some antibiotic..
Next Steps
Drink plenty of fluids..
