Hi., I can understand your concern. It can be due to acute Gastroenteritis. It'll be fine with proper diet control and meds.
Next Steps
you can take. tab pan 40 twice a day before food tab gelusil 3 times a day after food for 5 days. tab drotin 40 mg twice a day after food for one day. tab emeset 4 mg twice a day before food for one day.

avoid oily spicy processed and outside food items.
