Stiff neck and dizziness

I feel dizzy when i turn my head to sleep on my left side. It is not vertigo but clear dizziness. If i get up from bed I feel like I'm being pulled back to the bed by my head/neck. From sitting to standing i feel no dizziness. I have a stiff neck that started with this problem. My neck movement is very restricted and if i turn my neck feel very minor slight dizziness.

Hi .. can you tell the duration of your symptoms? .. is your neck stiffness associated with radiculopathy or radiating pain to arms ? Further investigations will be required .
