Hi doc around 4 years back I had a major skin problem and was put on steroid on and off for about 8 months and I gained almost 25 kgs that time. After stopping the steroid I gradually gained another 10 kgs in past 3 years and want to know if there is anything that will help me to reduce weight. I tried gym, walk, diet but nothing works and now my weight is 105 kg and my height is 5"4.
