Is sternocleidomastoid muscle connected with chest muscle? Can one side neck rotation also pull chest muscle in sternocleidomastoid muscle tightness?

Sternocleidomastoid muscle connects from neck to clavicle bone. It only effects till near to chest but not fully to it. Visit nearest physiotherapy clinic or ortho clinic for proper diagnosis of the pain you are suffering and its treatment.
