Hi. Squint at this age can’t b corrected with medicines or specs. They need surgery for correction; results are generally very good. Routine can b resumed in about a week. Anytime after 8-10 yrs is a good age. You are 22 yrs of age; should plan a squint surgery ASAP. Consult and contact me or any oculoplasty surgeon for the needful

At your age and the type of squint, you will most probably need surgery for the same. However, refraction check is a must before any squint surgery. You can resume work in a week after the surgery as it is an extra ocular surgery. The most common side effects are under or over correction of squint. Others include granuloma, scleritis etc.
Next Steps
Get a proper ophthalmic evaluation for the condition

Generally when squint is both outward and upward, surgery is needed. It can be done at any age and does not have any side effects. It is safe. You can plan a visit to the clinic for further evaluation

Hi You should plan for surgery now. Mostly after 1 week, you will be able to do everything, drops may continue little longer. You will have to go to squint specialist or an eye hospital nearby .
