47 years old, amh is very low. Last 2 months irregular period. Spotting started at 17th day of cycle. Pls advise

Bleeding or spotting before 21 days is abnormal Needs detailed evaluation Get an ultrasound done A low amh is only a matter of concern if you r planning pregnancy not otherwise

If you are planning for pregnancy..plz Go for IVF..do not delay any further..irregular cycles might indicate that you are in perimenopause state.
