Spoting about 10 - 12 days for 3  months

Have spoting about 10 - 12 days of every month's period. Then 1 day have heavy flow of every month's period. Naturally the gape between 2 cycle is 15 to 16 days. It's happening from last 3-4 months. What should I do?
