A clinical examination is required to assist you on this. If this condition can be saved a root canal treatment is required. If the prognosis is hopeless the teeth will be removed followed by its replacement. If the condition is associated with pain ( reason for not chewing from that side) you can use ice packs for temporary pain relief.
