Early stage of cervical spondylosis can be treated with exercise therapy and electro therapy. You should consult a physiotherapist for complete assessment and treatment.

Cervical spondylosis is a degenerative condition. We cannot reverse it but we can slow it down from progressing. Whether you have symptoms like tingling, numbness on hands? Avoid carrying weights. Visit nearby physiotherapy clinic and get it treated.

Mild cervical spondylosis simply means you have degenerative changes at your spine which could be because of wrong posture at work or rest. Physiotherapy can help you prevent it from worsening. However the degenerative changes which have occured can not be reversed, but your pain, discomfort, radiculopathy if any and the most important progression of the degeneration and symptoms can be stopped. Consult me personally at my clinic in Kuber Hospital, Pitampura for proper ergonomic modifications. Please bring all of your  investigations available Regards

As suggested earlier, it is degeneration and everyone would have it at some level in some shape or form. The effect of it is stiffness most commonly and you need to be able to manage it with exercises and other treatment.
