Spinal fracture

Got compression fracture in L1. In MRI report it came as bulging disc at L3-L4 and L4-L5 with mild thecal impingement...also central disc protrusion at D7 D8... I was treated conservative...Now my fracture is four months old... As per latest MRI my fracture is healed well...but in plate the vertebrae is still visible as fracture... I am confused why? I want to know my life expectancy after this fracture... And what are the restrictions I will have to maintain lifelong?? And will this impact my sexual life...? CM I play football again??

First of all dont panic, its a 4 months old fracture and i suppose you are doing fine, only you are worried about MRI picture. MRI pictures lag behind clinical improvement.  You will have a normal life including your sexual life.
Next Steps
consult me online iam a senior orthopaedic surgeon.

Hello, A healing fracture is an ongoing biological process so it is seen in MRI as fresh fracture. You don't have to worry... Your life expectancy is not going to decrease. You may have some restrictions for maybe next 3 months but you will not have any restrictions for life. yes you can play football after you are fit to play...And this fracture is not going to affect your sexual life in long-term.
Next Steps
I need to see your MRI plates ..
