Can specs number ne reduced by taking proper diet and exercise. Without surgery. My specs number is -4 and cylindrical. Can I reduce it to some extent by diet and exercise?

No, number will not decrease even if you take nutritious diet. But yes, it may halt progression of number. Since you are 14 , your number will definitely increase when you have growth spurt. Nutritious diet it important for that.
