My girl baby is 3 years old and she understands and follows all instructions.she speaks and identify more than 1000 words and also repeating if we teach something telling rhymes alphabets numbers everything but not initiating the real time communication and only tells key words on needs

Looks ok but please visit a pediatrician or child psychologist for full assessment. Also stop mobile and screen time to less than 1 hour or zero if possible
