Sores inthe inside of cheeks/ mouth ulce

I've had ulcer in the insides of my cheeks for a month. I've tried zinc supplements and topical ointments but nothing works and i still have it. What can I do to get rid of it? I have used buccal paste on the sores for 3 weeks but there was no improvement. And i've take supplements, zinc, becosule and still it didn't help.
