Sore throat, fever, tiredness

I have been found gram positive cocci in throat culture. Is it lethal? , please suggest me the best medicine and meal plan what to eat and what not to eat. I always feel like having mild cold and fever, feeling of vomiting after meal.

take Azithromycin 500mg once a day aftr food  for 7 days tab.pan 40 mg once a day bfr food 7 days if severe pain take dolo 650 mg twice a day aftr food for 3 days tab.montek lc nit alone 5 days gargle thrice a day
