I am attaching pic. Kindly please let me know what it is exactly. It's located between chest since few weeks. Little bit of pain I feel when I touch it. Kindly suggest home remedies or treatment.

Folliculitis Apply hot foamentation with boric powder two times. Than press it pus blood comes out so  pain relieved. Locally apply t bact ointment with fucidin ointment in 1:1. ZERODOLE SP Three times a day after food for three days. MONTEK LC ONE at night.

This is folliculitis. Press along the side of the follicles,if it opens drain all pus from it and then apply anti bacterial cream.
