Hello Go for a cleaning and that glue thing u saying can be removed too And go for polishing Also get the filling font in the cavities

You cAn go fr cleaning and polishing...as u have white teeth ,bleaching will not be useful...all d yellow stains will be removed with cleaning

First do a good cleaning from Ur dentist,those.cavities can be filled by tooth colord cements, if u are much worried of the yellow colour even after cleaning ,u cn go for bleaching of teeth which wil give u a temporary relief from Ur yellow colour worry.abt the alignment,if u wana Corrct it u shd go for braces treatment again (but 2 months is a short time) or smile design,( not much recommended as Ur natural teeth has to b trimmed)

Visit ur dentist,to get the Complete check up done,the glue left can be removed by dentist only and plz get the Intraoral x ray done for those 4 affected teeth.
