I feel sometimes blood In my spit after spitting for 3 to 4 times I ll get some blood and I don't have any chest pain or throat pain but still I feel the  same from past 5 days please help me on this to understand what's going on and suggest me

Could be gingivitis that’s swelling of gums or could be due to Vit C deficiency also.
Next Steps
Maintain oral hygiene & take citrus fruits which are rich in Vit C. Wait for some days to see change & if not better take dentist opinion

Hi Blood  in spit may have  local  causes. So Any bleeding from teeth ? Any  throat pain? Cold ? Fever?
