Pus in gums can be due to infection in gums or tooth . We have to take X-ray of affected area and then have to evaluate clinically where is the problem . If problem is in gums then we have to drain the pus along with antibiotics and if tooth is involved then along with drainage and antibiotics we have to treat pathology in tooth e.g. RCT
