Soft stools!

Since last 2-3 days i am getting soft stools (not loose), along will smelly farts at night. Bowel movements happen during morning only once and once more after breakfast to clear bowel properly. Colour is brownish. 1 week back I was facing constipation and smelly farts, now its soft stools with smelly farts with very slight constipation. And also after pooping, my anal opening itches for sometime.
